You’re in for a rude awakening, Chelsea play more better without you- Di Canio Slams Lukaku

Paolo Di Canio, Italian manager and former Juventus and West Ham forward, has criticized Chelsea striker, Romelu Lukaku say he’s in for a ”rude awakening’

The Italian international who played as attacking midfielder during his helm at the English top flight

Di Canio said “This (Lukaku’s) interview shows the weakness of an athlete who after six months gives up, perhaps because he arrived there with the arrogance of someone who doesn’t realise what his real level is. He won Serie A as a co-protagonist with teammates, but he’s no Messi.”

He noted that “He then went to the champions of Europe, in the PL against sides like City & Liverpool, where he’s just one of many big names.”

” If you arrive at Chelsea and think you’re going to be number one, you are in for a rude awakening! Chelsea played much better without Lukaku.” He added

“He is a fragile player, so he seems to have character, but when he talks like that, the truth is he is very fragile.”
