An FCT High Court on Monday indicted Maryam Sanda, the lady who purportedly cut her better half to death in Abuja.
Conveying judgment, Justice Yusuf Halilu, indicted her on the fortuitous proof.
Maryam Sanda was in this case condemned to death by hanging until she inhales her last.
The judge held that she was indicted as charged by the police for killing her better half on the evening of November 18, 2017, in their home at Wuse II in Abuja.
As indicated by the judge, Sanda couldn’t,t explained the passing of her better half being the last person seen with him.
The husband, Mr. Bilyaminu Bello, was the child of a previous national executive of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Haliru Bello.
The executing was planned, the police prior expressed.
The police blamed Sanda for wounding her significant other with a bottle at about 3:50 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2017.
